DETAILS - Role –: PDU Manager LOB –: 394 LOC -: 0171 - NEW DELHI-AMBADEEP 2ND FLOOR CC -: 618 Supervisor Name – Sachin Vartak - KMBL18602 Roll Grade – M1/M2 Preferable – Having knowledge of Legal process and legal documents (with respect to Mortgages) Good communication and writing skill Managerial skills, Team management Internal Team management – Monitor monthly disbursement activities (with respect to PDU i.e. Legal completion) of North region OTC/PDD documents follow up with RM/ASM/RSM/Zonal’s for documents collection – (HF & LAP) OTC/PDD Documents updation and End to End closure with North and East Region team Legal/APF updation in LOS Coordinate with Ops team for Documents tracking and updation Coordination with Sales/Customer care for escalations Bill tracking and audit FRFC audit Vendor Management – Coordination with External Advocates for transactions/ processes/issues/escalations, etc. Recruitments
