About the Role
Early Stages Enterprises is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide early intervention services for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3).
This role focuses on gross motor development, mobility, and functional skills using a family-centered, coaching-based approach. Services are provided in home and clinic settings based on family needs and preferences.
Part-time role ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental income or flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
• Conduct physical therapy evaluations for children ages 0–3
• Provide therapy services in home and/or clinic settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Support caregivers in integrating strategies into daily routines
• Address gross motor development, strength, and coordination
• Supervise PTAs and provide clinical oversight
• Maintain timely documentation and collaborate with team members
Qualifications
• Active California Physical Therapist license
• Experience with pediatrics or early intervention preferred
• Strong communication and caregiver coaching skills
• Comfortable working in both home and clinic settings
• Experience supervising PTAs preferred
Compensation & Schedule
• Up to $85 per hour (W-2) depending on experience
• Paid monthly
• No health insurance benefits at this time
• Part-time, flexible scheduling based on availability
Location
Services are provided in home and clinic settings throughout the
greater South Los Angeles and West Los Angeles areas
Clinicians should be comfortable traveling within this region.
