Required Technical Skill Set: Pega Developer
Desired Experience Range: 3 to 10 Yrs.
Location of Requirement : Pune
Job Description:
Must-Have:
• Software development experience; particularly within Banking and financial services industry. E
• Experience in development on Pega PRPC platform, and thorough knowledge about PEGA Class Hierarchy.
• Experience with JAVA and related technologies, including relational databases
• Hands on experience of working in Agile methodology, application design and unit testing for atleast 2 projects.
• Good experience and thorough understanding of business process management (BPM) systems like (PEGA, IBM BPM, etc)
• Pega certifications, especially CSSA and CLSA(Preferred).
Good to have:
• Knowledge of CLM and KYC framework on PEGA platform.
• Effective communication skills across various stake holders involved in the SDLC
• Knowledge of PRPC Rule Resolution, Inheritance, Circumstancing, Persistence, JMS/JNDI Connectors PRPC Multi-node architecture and caching Soap / XML / WS-Security/MQ expertise.
• Expert in Pega PRPC Agents and Services knowledge
• Good Exposure on with MS SQL Server
• Expert in performance tuning in PEGA BPM applications
• Client Lifecycle domain knowledge (client Onboarding, maintenance and off-boarding) business analysis and / or technical knowledge preferred.
• Experienced in delivering critical, complex PEGA application with numerous modules involved.
