Role & Responsibilities
• Design and develop Pega BPM applications
• Involve in developing solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment, collaborating with technical architect and other senior technical members
• Adopt best practices in Pega architecture / design / coding
• Design application frameworks, class structures and data models
• Involve in creating and developing codes to execute test plans for quality delivery
• Create, maintain and update documentation of the Pega solutions
• Implement configuration changes to Pega applications based on customer’s functional and technical requirements
• Assist business users during UAT
• Provide post production support and knowledge transfer to the team/clients as applicable
• Work closely with the team to resolve any critical issues and contribute to process improvements and enhancements
Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering or a related field
• 1+ years of experience working in BPM practice
• Hands on experience in Pega PRPC/BPM 7x
• Strong experience and knowledge about OOPS concepts
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript and frameworks such as Angularjs, XML and CSS
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java
• Well-versed in PRPC
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and team managers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
• Familiar with agile and scrum methodology
• Knowledge of Pega OOTB (SOAP, MQ, SQL, File, etc.)
• Pega certified developers preferred
• Working knowledge of one or more databases, preferably SQL Server
• Knowledge in tools such as Visio, UML and Excel
• Specific Skill Requirement Pega, programming languages such as java, DB (preferably SQL Server), HTML, JavaScript, XML and CSS
• Preferred but not mandatory: Web services (Soap, REST), CI/CD , Visio, UML and Excel
