• Strong experience in Apache, J2EE, JBOSS, Glassfish, WebLogic
• Development experience on Unix/Linux systems
• Python, Ruby, Perl, Php
Good To Have
• Ability to work with latest Software Engineering methodology (UML, Extreme/Agile Programming, BPM etc.)
• PMF knowledge
• Experience in Usability and User Interface design will be highly appreciated
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability / Flexibility
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
