At least 4-5 yrs Relevant experience of relevant experience in PEGA
PEGA CSSA Certified
Should have Good Knowledge in Integration concepts (REST, HTTP, etc.)
Experience in Security patterns such as OAUTH and SSO
Experience in designing Flows (Case Types, Stages)
Customer Service Desk exposure
Appeals and Grievances functional knowledge
Experience in V8.x
Good to Have:
Good Communication Skills
Capable of handling one or two persons in team as a module lead
Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology
Experience with Java based application
Knowledge on US HealthCare system.
KEY SKILLS
Problem solving, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
Demonstrated leadership skills
Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry
