As a Senior Pensions Administrator at XPS, you will:
Monitor accuracy, performance, and SLAs for the team, including activity and client performances, and take action to ensure targets are met. This includes monitoring, delegating and coordinating workflow.

Update relevant pension administration databases and systems.
Perform manual and automated benefits calculations.
Help identify any training needs across the team and assist with developing and mentoring team members.
The ideal candidate will have previous pensions administration experience of Defined Benefit (DB) schemes, including leavers, retirements, deaths, transfers in and transfers out, as well as experience of current pensions legislation and framework.
IT proficiency, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, is also essential, along with Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent and a DBS Disclosure check.
We offer a competitive salary of around £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a hybrid working arrangement that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
