Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Peon to assist with basic office tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and willing to support all departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Assist in moving documents, files, and parcels within the office or to external locations.
Handle basic office errands, such as bank work, post office deliveries, and purchasing office supplies.
Support staff in photocopying, filing, and document handling tasks.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready for use.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of reading and writing.
Physically fit and active.
Honest, trustworthy, and punctual.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
