Data Analyst (People Analytics)
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team within the HR department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in using analytics visualization tools, strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and SQL, and excellent statistical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design analytical solutions for organizations, partnering with cross-functional teams to interpret results and requirements
• Analyse large datasets using Python/SQL to extract meaningful insights related to various people metrics
• Develop dashboards with strong user experience using Power BI, having a keen eye to detail
• Apply advanced statistical models to help internal stakeholders understand dynamic data issues and interpret results
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in designing analytical solutions for organizations
• Strong communication skills to partner with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in data visualization and modelling using Power BI
• Strong understanding of statistical analyses such as hypotheses testing
