As part of our large and collaborative People & Culture team, you’ll play a key role in supporting leaders across the Village Operations Business Unit. Your day-to-day will include:
Supporting Senior P&C Advisors & leaders through issues and change management initiatives.
Partner with leaders to build capability and embed best practice across all aspects of people and culture.
Collaborate with our P&C Shared Services and Centres of Excellence to implement strategic people initiatives.
Champion employee engagement and initiatives that enhance psychological safety and wellbeing.
