We’re seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to join our high-performing team at Benson Radiology.
This is a true partnering role, working closely with leaders across a defined portfolio to support business outcomes through pragmatic, people-focused solutions. You’ll play a key role in lifting leadership capability, supporting change, and embedding consistent people practices across the business.
With our P&C function continuing to evolve, this role also offers a genuine opportunity to influence how we strengthen capability, improve processes, and shape the way we partner with the business.

What You’ll Do
Partner with leaders to deliver practical people strategies aligned to business needs
Coach and support leaders to build capability and confidence in people management
Provide balanced advice across the employee lifecycle (performance, engagement, development)
Support organisational change, workforce planning and team effectiveness
Contribute to a consistent, values-led culture across your portfolio
Use data and insight to identify trends and inform decision-making
Support P&C initiatives and continuous improvement across systems and processes
Ensure compliance with employment and WHS obligations
What You Bring
Experience in a HR/P&C Business Partner or similar generalist role
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
Sound judgement and ability to navigate people matters with pragmatism
Experience supporting leaders through change and day-to-day people challenges
Ability to balance operational delivery with broader business thinking
Strong communication skills with a clear, practical approach
Experience in a regulated or complex environment (Desirable)
Exposure to enterprise agreements or unionised setting (Desirable)
