About the role

MSS Security is looking for a National People and Culture Coordinator to to provide transactional, administrative and operational support to the Head of People & Culture and functions of the people and culture team. The purpose of the role is to ensure a high level of service delivery and be the point of contact for the national team.

The duties of the role are, but not limited to:

Performing administrative duties including diary and email management, travel coordination for Head of People and Culture

Onboarding all new members of the People and Culture team and conducting employee inductions

Developing process manuals for HR functions, including Workday and other platforms

Maintain P&C reporting including provision of information to key stakeholders and analysing data

Conducting periodic review and amendment of policies and procedures

Meeting coordination, taking minutes, creating project plans for P&C

What we are looking for:

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline

Verifiable experience working in a Human Resources/People and Culture function

Experience using Workday or another HRIS and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement plans

Sound customer service skills with excellent attention to detail and administration skills

Good time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and set priorities

Strong understanding of transmitting of sensitive information whilst maintaining confidentiality

Full Australian working rights and willing to undergo National Police check
