Your Role:
As our People & Culture Officer, you'll be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including payroll coordination, recruitment, and employee development.
You will provide valuable advice on HR policies and government directives to ensure our processes run smoothly.
Your role will involve:
Providing generalist HR advice to the business and employees.
Coordinating payroll queries and paperwork to and from a third party agency and work with them to resolve issues.
Supporting recruitment and selection processes including being a panel member.
Maintaining accurate personnel and payroll records
Maintaining and responding to internal and external enquiries
What We're Looking For:
Strong understanding of relevant government and human resource specific legislation, principles, and processes.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, HPE Content Manager, and Aurion payroll systems.
