The Opportunity

Within the People Experience Chapter, the heart of our HR capabilities beats, delivering a holistic people experience aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent to drive customer value. Comprising individuals with diverse skills, Chapter Members collaborate seamlessly within their teams and with external partners to craft a people experience aligned with our employee value proposition. Their counsel, grounded in market insights, supports the execution of our business strategy and embodies our organisational mission of nurturing the human spirit.

As a member of this Chapter, your role will focus on advancing projects related to people performance, reward, and engagement. With a keen eye on total rewards and performance, you'll be at the forefront of transformation efforts aimed at enhancing areas such as superannuation, remuneration, benefits, culture, and employee value propositions. Operating in an agile environment, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external vendors to drive sustainable change guided by data-driven insights.

This role offers a 6-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension, and embraces flexible working arrangements. You'll have the freedom to work remotely, with occasional office attendance required on an ad hoc basis, ensuring a harmonious balance between business needs and personal flexibility.

Your Story

Completing annual data submissions and interpreting/translating results for a variety of audiences
Supporting the annual delivery of the performance and remuneration review cycle
Owning and driving the local implementation of global reward, performance and engagement initiatives
Vendor management of remuneration and engagement providers
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity for informed business decisions.
Assist in delivering high-quality and insightful reporting and analysis to senior leaders throughout the organization.
Develop and implement in programs and initiatives that promote strategic organizational development, covering areas such as total rewards, performance, culture, values, leadership, and talent management.
Foster partnerships with a broad range of teams, leaders, employees and suppliers
Empowers others to work the Resolution Life Way and collectively achieve our strategy
Contributes to building a team culture aligned to our purpose and behaviours
Demonstrates and fosters a growth mindset and willingness to learn
Communicates openly and inclusively and is also to influence and engage with key stakeholders
Suggests improvements and simplifications and manages cost levers
Ensuring we meet our regulatory, legislative, and financial obligations
