Education and Experience
Master’s degree in Human Resources/Business Management
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR CoE role/Consulting role
Overall 8 years’ experience
Work Location : Bengaluru
Responsibilities
Identify and build current and future capability based on customer and business priorities
Work on prioritised projects (Group or BU) that require consulting skills to understand root cause issues and solve complex people problems with measurable outcomes
Collaborates closely with Group People Consulting team and CBA India HR team to understand and plan for ongoing and upcoming talent management requirements
Design and deliver solutions that solve critical people issues that drive measurable business value. Example: Hybrid Working Policy, Reward Strategy, Recognition, Global Mobility. Process will typically entail; problem definition (idea, discovery), solution design (inception), solution delivery and implementation (delivery and embed)
Uses surveys, interviews, management workshops and other studies to conduct research regarding and inform human resource policies, compensation and other related topics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Thorough understanding of industry trends on talent management solutions and best practices
Ability to understand complex HR topics with the lens of business and as an employee champion and solution with a balanced approach.
