Key Responsibilities:
Be an active presence across Front and Back of House to support leaders, motivate teams and deliver on the job training.
Roll out Heart of House communications, visual materials and engagement initiatives.
Support delivery of the hotel’s branded service culture and ESG activities.
Maintain HR systems, records and compliance requirements
Prepare mandatory monthly and annual HR reports
Conduct VEVO checks and ensure all employees hold valid work rights
Support recruitment, onboarding and contract preparation
Administer training, performance management and engagement processes
Maintain accurate personnel, training and compliance documentation
Support leaders with HR systems, reporting and compliance actions
Assist with employee relations matters and internal communications
Coordinate recognition programs, engagement activities and events
Support workers compensation, return to work and safety processes
Contribute to Responsible Business, risk and regulatory training activities
What You’ll Bring:
A diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
2+ years’ experience in an HR Administrator or Coordinator role
Strong understanding of HR and employee relations practices
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
Adaptability and initiative, with a proactive and solutions focused approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
A commitment to delivering an exceptional employee experience
