Alsco Uniforms are on the hunt for an energetic and proactive HR & Office Administrator in Greenlane, Auckland. This role suits recent HR graduates or students seeking hands-on experience and a foundation for a career in Human Resources.

We currently have an opening in our People and Culture team. This person will have big shoes to fill but will be well-supported in a small team of three.

Key Responsibilities
This important position will support the People & culture team as well as the wider Support Centre office. You will:

Assist with Recruitment - experience preferred
Assist with HR onboarding and offboarding
Coordinate Exit Interviews and 3-month surveys
General Office administration & reception
Support wider Support Centre team
Coordinate training calendars and liaise with venues for staff development activities
Administer delivery of employee surveys and support general office administration duties
Provide outstanding support to the HR team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
What We're Looking For
Can do attitude - no job too big or small!
Recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Discretion - the ability to work with confidential matters
