Our People & Culture function plays an important role in ensuring employee lifecycle processes, systems and documentation are managed accurately and consistently across the business.
We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to provide reliable operational support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on HR systems administration, documentation management and responsive service delivery.
This role is suited to a detail-oriented P&C professional who enjoys working within structured processes, maintaining data integrity and supporting stakeholders with practical, timely advice.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of P&C Operations, this role is central to ensuring information flows accurately between recruitment, onboarding, payroll and ongoing employee lifecycle processes.
A key component of the role is HRIS administration. We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience using an end-to-end HRIS platform such as Dayforce, Oracle, SAP, Workday or Elmo (or similar), including maintaining data accuracy, navigating workflows and supporting users with system-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Data & Systems Management
Maintain, audit and update the HRIS to ensure employee data is accurate and compliant
Monitor and support data entry processes across recruitment, onboarding, payroll and offboarding
Provide Level 1 system support to managers and employees
Generate regular and ad hoc HR reporting, including new hire and termination reporting
Contribute to improvements in systems, compliance and information management
P&C Support & Documentation
Manage the People@Levande inbox and respond to employee and manager queries
Prepare and review employment contracts, variation letters and related documentation
Maintain the position description library
Assist in maintaining policy documentation and the policy register
Support intranet content updates and document control
Support the implementation of the annual training plan and induction processes
Operational Execution
Provide day-to-day operational support to managers and employees
Support the implementation of performance management, talent management, succession planning and remuneration review processes
Provide Level 1 guidance on policy interpretation, awards and legislative requirements
Assist in workplace reviews and investigations, maintaining confidentiality
Support employee listening initiatives and engagement activities
Assist in the coordination of local staff events
Governance & Compliance
Support governance and reporting activities
Assist in raising and monitoring issues that may present organisational risk
Comply with Levande’s risk management, quality and health & safety systems
About You
You are organised, detail-focused and confident working within HR systems. You understand the importance of accurate data, clear documentation and consistent process management.
You will bring:
Demonstrated experience working within an HRIS (ideally Dayforce, Oracle, SAP, Workday or Elmo)
Experience in HR administration, shared services, contact centre or customer service environments
Strong attention to detail and planning skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office capability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to interpret policy and provide practical guidance
Working knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations processes
The maturity to work autonomously while contributing as part of a collaborative team
Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or Business will be highly regarded.
