About The Role
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Leader, we are looking for an experienced People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator provide generalist P&C administration support across all facets of People & Culture to both our employees and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for employees regarding people related queries
Manage the People & Culture inbox
Support the People & Culture team with all general administration
Stationery order for the People & Culture Team
Assist with the monthly Reward and Recognition Program
Continual update of the People & Culture Intranet page
System Administration of the HRIS systems
Produce reports using our HRIS systems as required
Provide support on all People & Culture Initiatives
Maintain and update the monthly People & Culture calendar
Administration support to the Safety Officer
Ad hoc duties and project work as required
About You
Previous experience in a similar role
Proven experience working in a confidential HR/People & Culture environment, preferably with exposure to internal HR systems and Microsoft Office Suites.
A 'can do' ,enthusiastic attitude
Exceptional administration skills including excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High level of attention to detail
High level of confidentiality
