The Reivernet Group of Companies build, manage, support and maintain complex data networks and network management and information platforms for customers across the globe. The Group has over 20 years of industry experience, accumulating a client base of over 900 hotels across 35 countries, including all the major global hotel brands.
We are seeking a P&C Coordinator to join our small team to provide HR support in a shared services model across the other six entities in the Reivernet Group. With the support of an experienced P&C Leader, this role will provide support and guidance to Managers within the business on a broad range of HR practices and programs. The role will also contribute to expand and refresh existing policies and practices and enhance the function and business by maximising the use of a new HRIS and Culture Amp.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts
• Prepare and distribute employment offers and assist in onboarding new employees
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Generate reports and provide HR-related data as needed
• Assist in the development and review of HR policies and procedures
• Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with management and HR team to address employee relations issues and promote a respectful workplace environment
Your skills and attributes
Graduate to 3 years of experience
Strengths in building relationships with business managers, challenging the status quo and influencing commercial outcomes
You are naturally proactive, curious and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
