Manage SPIRE’s Learning Management System (LMS) administration for the entire company
Manage the on-boarding process of home office new hires and employment authorizations
Create & manage Leave of Absence and Workers' Compensation follow-up for company
Prepare home office fun activity events and office lunches
Create the monthly company newsletter and other communications
Provide field People & Culture support to Regional Directors of People & Culture
Create and maintain electronic files to support a well-organized and efficient HR department
Manage 3rd party unemployment claim communications with the field
Direct employment verifications with 3rd party vendors & properties
Participate in projects assigned by VP and Director of People & Culture
Create & Drive all company People & Culture monthly presentations

Qualifications:

Education:
• A 4 year degree in an accredited college preferred or 4 years HR experience
• SHRM-CP or PHR a plus
• Strong skills in MS Suite (Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)

Experience:
• 2 years of professional human resources experience
• Knowledge of employment law EEOC, Title VII, ADA a plus
• Strong analytical skills for assessing situations and making sound decisions
• Experience in HRIS systems UKG a plus
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
