As a People Intelligence - Analytics Consultant, you will be a vital part of the global People Intelligence organization under the People Analytics sub-team, reporting to the People Analytics Lead. The People Intelligence group acts as the central hub for all internal and external people insights, encompassing advanced analytics, experience listening, reporting and dashboards, function optimization analytics, compliance, and data privacy. Your primary focus will be to deliver impactful insights by combining external talent data with internal context, refining talent strategies through advanced analytics projects, and promoting data-driven decision-making across businesses. Your work on international projects will provide substantial value to stakeholders within the people organizations and business teams, empowering leaders with actionable insights for informed decisions.
- Lead or contribute to research initiatives by taking charge as a project lead for research projects
- Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research to acquire crucial data for strategic decision-making
- Analyze research data to provide actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Showcase a profound understanding of critical job functions, geographic locations, and labor market dynamics
- Assume a trusted advisory role to various stakeholders, offering insights from talent intelligence, labor market analysis, competitive intelligence, and internal data
Given the integration of external and internal insights in the new setup, you are expected to explore opportunities to embed external data into internal data systems. Additionally, you will engage in independent solution-building projects, expanding your role beyond advisory work.
• *Qualifications Required:**
- Degree in business, economics, finance, human resources, HR technology, digital transformation, data analysis and reporting, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in talent intelligence or people analytics
