Description
• Assist in developing and implementing employee related policies and procedures for the company
• Managing end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process through various job portals.
• Conduct training, orientation, onboarding and exit formalities for employees
• Spanning Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues
• Manage and maintain organizations employee databases and prepare reports by ensuring the data maintained is up to date and secure
• Generate and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Will be responsible for preparing offer letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, relieving letters etc.
• Promote and develop Employee Engagement programs.
• Collecting and assessing HR data for performance management and other tasks using metrics. Provide inputs during appraisal discussions
• Will be responsible for providing strategic inputs to the management to enhance work culture and existing practices for employee development
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
