About the role:
• Drive office activities and support regional initiatives that reinforce Aspire Culture, contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Support the delivery of people processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Engage in regional projects to advance our people engagement agenda.
• Project manage key local people initiatives, including insurance renewals, entity migration and compensation support, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Manage daily office operations, including access, pantry, vendor and office move.
Minimum qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in People Operations
• Good working knowledge of local employment practices and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
• Based in our Gurgaon office, and to be onsite whenever needed.
Preferred qualifications
• Self-motivated, proactive, desire to consistently innovate and bring new ideas.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem solving abilities, with high level of accuracy and reliability.
