About the role
Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.
We're looking for a People Partner to drive our HR advisory strategy in Australia. You’ll bring a balance of strategic insight and operational execution to shape policies and procedures while embedding culture across the team to enable continuous growth and learning.

What you'll be doing
Leading the HR function, developing and driving strategic initiatives to grow Revolut in Australia
Driving performance and building a values-driven culture, partnering with the leadership team to develop and implement a People strategy that supports business growth objectives
Developing, implementing, and managing a people strategy that supports business objectives, ensuring prioritisation of best-practice governance and employee engagement
Functioning as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team in relation to key organisational and people management issues
Reporting on HR capabilities and development areas to RPA boards and Revout Group Ltd
Overseeing operations, talent acquisition, engagement and retention, performance and rewards, and career development while ensuring regulatory compliance
Embedding the company's values across the department through various initiatives, including internal events, town halls, and communications
Contributing to the development of a robust culture through role-modelling the company's values and the behaviours that drive this culture
What you'll need
A university degree in human resources, business, or a related field
10+ years of experience in a progressive human resources environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Experience delivering strategic support to senior managers and executives
To be well-versed in remuneration and benefits, talent attraction, branding and retention strategies, engagement surveys, and HR systems implementations
Knowledge of remuneration and performance in a regulated context
Excellent knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations
To be a pragmatic leader with a commercial mindset who can communicate with stakeholders at all levels
A data-oriented and results-driven approach, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience within a cross-cultural and corporate environment, with matrix reporting
Nice to have
Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as finance, banking, or telecommunications
Experience starting your own business or being a key founding member
An MBA
