Job Description
What you will be doing:
Crafting job offer letters, contracts, and other paperwork and process handling to ensure a professional and successful onboarding of new employees
Support all administrative tasks such as data audits to maintain compliance and accurate processing of employee information in the Global HR system
Processing leavers and employee life cycle changes in a timely manner, including issuing the relevant paperwork
Assist line managers with first-line queries regarding their new role within the business and set up and audit electronic personnel files
Liaising with the local payroll and reward teams to ensure all new starters, changes and leavers are processed accurately and timely
Referencing new employees and providing written references for ex-employees per country requirements and support with updating and maintaining global headcount data across all geographies
Support the People Directors and HR communities with queries on employee lifecycle and HRIS processes
Provide administration support as and where needed for ongoing projects and any other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
Outstanding administration, excellent communication, and validated attention to detail are required
Previous experience working with the processing of UK or South Africa based employees is a clear advantage
Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Outlook
Ability to handle multi-task and meet multiple targets across multiple time zones and work closely with colleagues based globally at all levels of the organization
Should be okay to work in UK shifts that accommodate our employees and teams in the UK/South Africa as required – especially initially for onboarding
