People Systems Analyst

Ventia is seeking a People Systems Analyst to join our People, Safety & Culture team and help drive the effective use and continuous improvement of our core HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.

Full time fixed term role for 12 months, with the potential for extension.

What you’ll do:
Support and enhance key HR systems including SuccessFactors (Recruitment, Learning, Performance & Goals, Employee Central), while collaborating with teams across HR, Payroll, and IT. You'll troubleshoot issues, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to system improvements, gaining exposure to innovative tools and play an active role in evolving our people systems.
Perform configuration and admin tasks.
Maintain accurate employee data and support regular audits.
Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and system functionality.
Contribute to projects and change initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in HR systems or support roles - SuccessFactors is essential.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A business-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new tools.
