Introduction:

Analysts in the Exits QC team are responsible to perform evaluation of Exit cases conducted by the Financial Crime Exits team to independently assess whether Client Due Diligence and regulatory requirements have been met. The team leader will

• Manage the analysts working towards pre-defined Objectives

• Manage day-to-day activities of the team and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines, encourage and motivate analysts and manage personal development goals for the analysts.

• Assist the Assistant Vice President Team Leader in the maintenance of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators through effective team leadership.

• Measure performance of the team for performance appraisals, confirmations and ongoing feedback and training

What will you be doing?

All Barclays colleagues must ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards

What we're looking for:

• Team handling experience

• Experience of producing reporting for senior mangagement

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytic skills, attention to detail

• Experience with MS Office, with experience of Excel formulas (vlookup etc.)

• Each bullet to be no longer than two lines

• Time management skills: must manage workloads effectively to complete complex and high-priority tasks within target timescales

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Previous experience of AML/KYC

• Understanding of Exit activity in Barclays

• Flexible to work in shifts, particularly UK
