Role and Responsibilities :
Pepper Money India team is looking for Graphic Designer who will play a pivotal part in Pepper Money's vision.
As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and impactful designs for various digital and print platforms. If you possess the intuitive and learned skillset to create and execute consistently impactful graphics, have a passion and native curiosity for Designing, we'd like to talk with you!
Here's what you'll do day-to-day :
- Working with marketing & branding teams and social media experts to design engaging artwork - brand collaterals, social media creatives and other design formats
- Creating concepts, artwork and layouts for digital projects based on creative briefs
- Work closely with user experience designers to create stunning visual designs
- A solid foundation in typography, layout and design
- Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand's style or voice through its visual touch-points
- The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Actively participate in business discussions to understand user requirements, understand and assist in crafting VD strategy, creating efficient product design roadmaps & other processes that can then be treated as a working reflection of the best practices.
- Participating in business meetings, design reviews, architecture discussions to provide design direction to the product.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, graphics, design patterns, prototypes and demos
- Understanding our brand, the target audience to mirror our philosophy into your designs through tones, fonts and aesthetic appeal.
- As Creative Lead, you will meet with stakeholders to discuss and establish project objectives in terms of visualization.
- Based on the requirement you will, develop the design, present, and further oversee the project from the start to the end.
- In addition to possessing extensive knowledge of graphic design concepts and software, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- The individual will guide the members of the team in the conceptualization/ideation process.
- It is essential for you to be a creative and communicative multitasker who is capable of working assigned projects and managing projects and time effectively.
- You should be perceptive, detail-oriented, and able to develop the idea and bring it to life.
- The ability to translate the business requirements into actionable items such as visually appealing layouts, creative layouts, and infographics is crucial.
About You what we're looking for :
- Proven graphic designing experience - 4+ years
- Use elements such as shapes, colors, typography, images and more to convey ideas to an audience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Expertise with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for creating aesthetically pleasing images that accompany written text
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
