JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Paid Media Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop effective strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable results. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in monitoring campaign performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, spending three days in the office and two days working remotely.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
• Generate regular reports to showcase campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and designers, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign elements, including ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data-driven insights and campaign performance analysis.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Sheets, etc).
• Agency background preferable
