As the Performance & Reward Partner - Hotels, you will be an expert and trusted partner to the business and People colleagues, driving high performance and engagement through the design, implementation, and management of effective performance and reward programs.
This role ensures that our total reward offering is competitive, equitable, and aligned with the overall business strategy and organisational values.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
Partner closely with the Hotels teams on both strategic and operational initiatives related to Performance and Reward.
Act as a key point of contact and provide Subject Matter Expertise knowledge on remuneration, performance and benefits matters.
Contribute to a range of activities including role benchmarking, job evaluation, compliance reviews, and process automation initiatives to drive efficiency and strengthen governance.
Support the annual performance and remuneration review process, including data analysis, modelling, budgeting, and system readiness.
Conduct market analysis and reporting to provide insights that support competitive positioning and internal equity.
Lead modelling, analysis and workforce costing to support organisation design and workforce planning.
Work collaboratively with the broader People team on total reward initiatives.
Support additional remuneration and benefits projects as they evolve.
Ensure remuneration practices comply with Australian legislation, Fair Work, industrial instruments and organisational policy.
Lead ongoing improvements to remuneration tools, communication materials and leadership capability.
What do we need from you
Now let’s talk about you:
Relevant tertiary degree qualifications e.g. HR, Business / Commerce.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reward or compensation roles, with deep expertise in remuneration benchmarking, performance reviews, and compensation frameworks.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in performance management and compensation modules.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modelling) is essential.
Deep understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and local regulatory compliance.
