Join our client, a client-first, consulting-led, community-driven group of media and marketing specialists in 130+ countries. We are seeking a Billing & Reconciliation Specialist to review, research, and reconcile media purchase contracts and invoices.
Responsibilities:
• Working with primary biddable platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Amazon) to manage daily tasks and optimize campaigns.
• Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Leading and managing a team, ensuring their efficiency and productivity.
• Establishing processes and workflows to enhance team performance and output.
• Keeping up to date with developments in the biddable advertising industry.
• Monitoring web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools (data studio, Adverity, Nuggit, PowerBi).
• Familiarity with bidding platforms like Marin, Kenshoo, or Doubleclick.
• Demonstrating excellent team management skills and effectively working with offshore teams.
• Troubleshooting issues and ensuring quality management of allocated tasks.
• Adhering to established processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
Skills Required:
• Strong work ethic, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent writing, mathematical, multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Desire to learn about search, social media, marketing principles, interactive media, and direct response strategies and tactics.
• Preferably certified as a Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint professional.
• Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate/Postgraduate
• Concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media or related field preferred
