Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing a high-impact creator program, building strong relationships with 50–70 creators every month, and driving sales through direct communication and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead conversations with authority. They will be hands-on with Google Sheets and basic project management tools, and have a high level of organization, proactivity, and target-driven focus.

This role requires a dynamic personality who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can influence creators to achieve their sales targets. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to optimize creator strategy and retention, and maintain performance dashboards and update progress weekly.
