Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead-generation campaigns to drive high-quality leads for our business. You will use a combination of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing tactics to drive traffic to our website and convert that traffic into leads. You will analyze campaign data to optimize and improve campaign performance continually.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop high-quality content assets that attract and convert leads.
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
Analyze campaign data and metrics to continually optimize and improve campaign performance
Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key performance indicators such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that leads are properly qualified and passed on for follow-up.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a related role.
Proven experience developing and executing succeed-generation-ration campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing tactics.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data and metrics to identify areas for optimization.
