Job title- Performance Marketer

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, encompassing PPC, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and creative assets.

- Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, and Bing Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

- Manage paid social media campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Implement display advertising campaigns and retargeting strategies across relevant ad networks.

- Identify and recruit affiliate partners, monitor performance, and optimize commission structures.

- Research keywords, craft compelling ads, and implement advanced audience targeting and segmentation strategies for Google and Meta Ads campaigns.

- Utilize various ad extensions and formats (e.g., site links, callouts structured snippets).

- Track conversions, analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools, and generate concise reports with actionable insights for campaign optimization.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns, focusing on driving measurable results and ROI and ROAS.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in digital marketing.

- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other digital marketing analytics tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualification - Proficiency in Google Ads*
