Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve goals, including
increasing sales, improving ROAS, and maximizing overall campaign performance.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on different social media
platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget constraints.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to
identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improved ad performance.
• Create compelling ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to maximize click-
through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates,
conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS), using
data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign
performance, including ad placements ad formats, targeting options, and bidding
strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and content writers, to
ensure the delivery of high-quality ad assets and landing pages that align with
campaign objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to
Ads, and proactively apply this knowledge to enhance campaign performance.
• Provide regular reports and performance analysis to clients, highlighting key metrics,
campaign insights, and recommendations for optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with teams, acting as a trusted advisor and
point of contact for all performance marketing-related discussions
