Roles and Responsibilities
• Define our overall paid demand generation strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and sponsored publisher channels.
• Partner with Analytics team to establish measurement framework for digital media campaigns that map to the program goals
• Work with the relevant marketing teams to influence conversion rate optimization strategies around onsite content and site structure
• Plan and deploy media budgets across various channels, segments, and regions in order to help Sales meet their pipeline goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align marketing strategy and campaign calendar. Work with the creative team and external agency to craft campaigns that align with our brand guidelines
Qualifications
• 5+ years of B2B paid media and demand generation experience, managing multi-channel digital marketing lead generation strategy
• Deep understanding of Google Ads, Paid Social, Display, DV 360 or other DSPs.
• Experience in running marketing campaigns at scale across multiple platforms/geographies
• Understanding of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics using Google Analytics / Segment and Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to build, manage and grow a team of functional experts
