We work with ambitious brands across India and help them scale through data-backed advertising across Google, Meta, Programmatic, and more.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a sharp, data-obsessed Performance Marketer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns. You'll own the entire paid media funnel — from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting — across multiple channels and client accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Programmatic/DV360
- Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from 5L to 50L+ across client accounts
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel
- Build detailed performance dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to align campaign messaging
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–4 years of proven experience in performance/paid media marketing
- Strong command of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax) and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Programmatic advertising (DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs)
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM)
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present campaign performance to clients
- Self-starter mindset — you don't wait for instructions, you find opportunities
