Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly driven Performance Marketer to lead and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Your role is to strategize, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns that help our clients—primarily e-commerce brands—achieve scale and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.

• Build and manage e-commerce funnels, including retargeting strategies, upsells, and customer journey mapping.

• Optimize campaigns daily to ensure client ROAS and CPA targets are met or exceeded.

• Conduct deep performance analysis and prepare weekly/monthly reports using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.

• Coordinate with the creative team to provide briefs and feedback on ad creatives based on performance insights.

• Run A/B tests for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments.

• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and new features.

• Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously with efficiency and precision.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of proven experience running Meta and Google ads (especially for e-commerce brands).

• Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.).

• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and basic Excel.

• Ability to interpret data and convert insights into action.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in running ads for D2C brands.

• Knowledge of email marketing flows (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is a plus.

• Familiarity with ad compliance policies on Meta and Google platforms.
