Responsibilities:
● Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels, including social, SEM, and display, to drive revenue and increase ROI.
● Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
● Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-converting keywords for ad campaigns.
● Identify marketing performance issues and identify root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
● Regularly analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
● Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
● Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors advertising strategies to identify opportunities and challenges.
● Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
● Collaborate with the web development team to optimize landing pages for better user experience and conversion.
● Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to optimize conversion rates.
● End-to-end management of performance marketing activity across all paid marketing channels
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in the hospitality industry
● Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
● Excellent understanding of keyword research and optimization techniques.
● Creative mindset with a knack for ad copywriting.
● Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and tracking
● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
● Google Ads certification is a plus
