Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, based in Kakori. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign data, and optimizing strategies across channels. The role involves managing paid media campaigns, generating leads, conducting A/B testing, and utilizing analytical tools to track and improve performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including content and design teams, will also be an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Paid Media Strategy, PPC campaigns, and programmatic advertising
• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics, KPI measurement, and A/B testing
• Experience with Digital Campaign Management, SEM, and SEO practices
• Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional projects
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Ads are a plus
• Previous experience in the education or consultancy sector is advantageous
Salary bracket: 15k in hand to 20k in hand per month
