An integrated marketing communications agency is looking for a Performance marketing executive.
Experience Required: 2-4 years
• Agency experience preferred
Location: Delhi
Skills required
• Experience in conversion ads campaign management across social media platforms and e-commerce platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Amazon, Flipkart, Google, etc.)
• Google Ads certification preferred
• Ability to develop creative ads that are engaging and drive action
• Ability to create a test-and-learn agenda to optimize campaigns
• Ability to pull data, analyze results, and communicate reports
• Knowledge of key metrics & trackers for ad optimization across platforms
• Experience in handling ads management for brands of different industries
• Ability to drive on-page and off-page SEO activities
• At least one year of agency experience and client servicing
Responsibilities
• Drive campaigns from planning to execution to meet key performance metrics
• End-to-end management of Google ads, Facebook ads, Amazon ads, Flipkart ads, remarketing, affiliate marketing, and analytics (under the supervision of your reporting manager)
• Regularly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
• Come up with hypotheses and test it to consolidate learnings, thereby increasing the baseline of the team's quality
• Presenting new strategies and ad formats to partners to improve campaign performance
• Drive SEO on-page and off-page activities for multiple partners
• Create yearly, quarterly, and monthly plans to achieve the projected targets from different objectives like sales, Lead generation, traffic, awareness, and etc.
