Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across digital channels.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Analyze campaign performance and make adjustments to maximize conversion rates and minimize CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to align campaign messaging with overall brand goals.
Requirements:
- Proven 4+years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on ad spend optimization.
- Minimum 3 years hands on experience in Meta and Google Ads for D2C brands.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
