Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer / Paid Ads Specialist located in Kolkata. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid search and social advertising campaigns across various platforms. Daily tasks include conducting keyword research, developing ad copy, implementing A/B tests, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals is also crucial.

Qualifications

• Experience with paid search and social advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

• Skills in keyword research, ad copy development, and A/B testing

• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize campaigns

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
