We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Your Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to lead generation, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
Deriving marketing projections based on the campaign and audience research.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and identify actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and analytics to develop integrated marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Applicant Preferences
Must be a graduate
1 year experience in performance marketing or related role
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools is a plus.
