Performance marketing
We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead Athflex’s paid marketing efforts across Meta, Google, and performance-led creator campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ad platforms, optimising ROAS, and scaling D2C performance campaigns in apparel or fitness.
🛠 Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning
• Define paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads to hit monthly revenue goals
• Build, test, and scale acquisition funnels including landing pages, retargeting, and upsells
• Coordinate with the creative and influencer teams to align campaigns with product drops and content themes
2. Campaign Execution
• Manage daily operations of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and push campaign platforms
• Set up A/B tests across creative, placements, and audiences
• Leverage Meta Collab Ads by coordinating with 40+ athlete/influencer handles
3. Data Analysis & Budgeting
• Track performance across ROAS, CPA, AOV, and LTV metrics
• Allocate monthly budgets across prospecting, retargeting, and creator-led campaigns
• Use analytics tools (GA4, TripleWhale, Meta Attribution) for decision-making
4. Collaboration
• Work closely with influencer ops to amplify athlete-led campaigns
• Coordinate with product, content, and tech teams to improve landing pages and funnel efficiency
• Liaise with agencies or freelancers (if any) on media buying or creative scaling
✅ Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably D2C or apparel brands
• Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and eComm analytics tools
• Demonstrated success in scaling paid campaigns with high ROAS
• Strong command over audience segmentation, pixel/data tracking, and funnel optimisation
• Familiarity with Meta Partnership Ads (Collab Ads) and UGC-led performance campaigns
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-stage brand environment

• Experience with tools like TripleWhale, Postscript, Klaviyo, Rebuy, etc.
• Has scaled Meta ads budgets above ₹5L/month profitably
• Passion for fitness, apparel, or community-based brands
