What will you do:
• Own, manage & execute all digital campaigns for clients at Propacity.
• Own the strategy, budget, execution, and maintenance of our digital channels - Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, SEM, Display Advertising, Affiliates, Re-marketing and Email
• Should be extremely good with Google ads.
• Implement, optimize and closely monitor campaign performance on all channels
• Explore new acquisition funnels to reduce cost per lead and overall cost per acquisition
• Develop and collaborate with the team on content optimized for digital channels (video, graphics, presentations and more)
• Coordinate with internal product teams to run new campaigns
• Work with inside sales and business development to ensure campaign alignment and sales enablement.
• Additionally, ensure that projects within the marketing department are delivered in a timely manner and that they are always in line with the business's guidelines, quality standards, and objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
• 1- 4 years of experience in a performance marketing role
• Willingness to go deep into performance marketing
• Must have handled budgets of more than 3 - 10 Lpa for campaigns.
• Should be smart & Must know how to do scalability & hence delivering the best.
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its overall impact
• Excellent communication & writing skills
• Crave to with a start-up environment
