Role Description
Thrive is on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Associate to join our efforts in implementing and refining our app's performance marketing strategy. If you have a passion for achieving results, a knack for data-driven decisions, and love navigating the dynamic world of digital ad platforms, we want you!
• Implement and optimize Thrive's application performance marketing strategy.
• Manage campaigns, budgets, and advertisements across digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.).
• Determine and achieve KPIs for paid, organic, and owned media channels.
• Collaborate with creative and copy teams to create effective advertisements.
• Liaise with the product team to understand and optimize funnel conversions.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Focus on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue objectives.
Qualifications
• A degree, certification or training in performance marketing
• 2-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on mobile applications.
• Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant tools such as Firebase, MixPanel, Singular and Clevertap.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent grammar, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
