Job Title : Performance Marketing Executive
Location : NSP, Dehi, India

With a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction, we have served over 1 million customers and continue to expand our product lines and reach.
We are looking for a proactive and organized eCommerce Operations Manager to join our team and help streamline our operations as we scale.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop, execute, and manage Google, YouTube, and Meta paid advertising campaigns to drive sales on our website.
• Handle social media channels, ensuring our brand's consistent presence and engagement.
• Work closely with the design team to create engaging and effective ad content.
• Act as an affiliate manager, liaising with affiliates, and managing those relationships.
• Oversee a substantial ad budget, ensuring efficient spend and maximized ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven decisions and adjustments as needed.
• Report directly to the CEO, contributing to the company's overall marketing strategy.
Requirements :
• A graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven 2-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce brand or a digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and understand key performance metrics.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Work Location : This is an on-site role based in NSP, Delhi, India.
