We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month (based on skills and experience)
Experience Required: 2–3 years

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic and growth-oriented team. This role offers the opportunity to create measurable impact through strategic digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and C Ads
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Power BI
• Set up and manage Facebook Pixels, landing pages, and conversion funnels
• Handle WhatsApp Marketing using tools like AiSensy and Watee
• Manage Email Marketing via Mailchimp
• Lead SEO initiatives (on-page & off-page optimization)
• Monitor budgets, A/B testing, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
• Present regular performance reports with actionable insights
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Conversion Ads
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Clarity, Power BI, and Facebook Pixel setup
• Experience in Email & WhatsApp marketing tools
• Strong understanding of SEO principles
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
